Who am I

BUSINESS COACH (since 1993, 26 years) in the field of people management, efficient communications and effective psychotechnologies (commercial negotiations, professional sales and business presentations, settlements of disputes and conflict resolutions, mediation, people management in organizations)
ADVISER-CONSULTANT-EXPERT IN CONFLICTS-COACH-PERSONAL COACH-EXPERT (since 1992, 27 years) in the field of implementing of practical psychology achievements in business:
  • increasing the level of personal and team performance in business communication (negotiations (including the ones aimed at selling, settling disputes, conflicts, “tough” cases with complicated scenarios), presentations, public speeches/pitches, client service, personal and administrative self-organization, stress-management and improving performance efficiency);
  • managing goals, motivation and behavior of the staff of companies (development and implementation of new systems/policies/technologies/procedures/activities);
  • analysis, development, formation and implementation of organization structures, systems, regulations, protocols and personnel-technologies (including trading and servicing ones);
  • structuring, systematization, visualization and increasing the benefit from commercially minded information and contacts (including the Internet resources).
I have experience in working (1995-2003, 8 years) as key and managerial executives in business (HR-management, sales, customer service at “contact points”).

Original training programs are certified by ibstpi (The International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instructions).

Education and training

I graduated

from Division of Psychology of Sociology and Psychology Department of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Master of Psychology, specialty: clinical psychology and psychodiagnostics) with honors.

I took

the post-graduate course of Sociology and Psychology Department of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (specialty: social and pedagogical psychology, the subject: teaching managers to use efficient communication skills).


I completed a number of special teaching programs

and training courses in the field of professional sales, management skills, conducting commercial and special negotiations, management and psychological consulting, coaching skills and mediation (including CEDR Certificate of International Mediators’ Training Project at Ukrainian Mediation Center KMBS).

I’m completing the master’s program

at Fakultät für Sozialwissenschaften (Social Sciences Department) Universität Wien (University of Vienna - Austria) (specialty: Kultur- und Sozialanthropologie (Cultural and Social Anthropology).

of search, systematization, analytical processing and presentation/visualization /interpretation of strategic and tactically important business information.

I promote the introduction

of personnel technologies/psychometrics /psychotechnologies to the organization and implementation of professional sales and business presentations (for professional sellers and buyers, including heads of sales/service departments).

I carry out an expertise

of the processes of personnel management, formation and implementation of customer-centered service (for client managers, product managers and project managers, as well as specialists in the field of sales and distribution).
